The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

You make great training happen.

You're the reason every session starts on time, every new hire has what they need on day one, and every resource is exactly where it should be. You love the details, you're comfortable in front of a room (or ready to grow into it), and you get real satisfaction from watching people get better at their jobs. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.

  • Maintain the training content library, including job aids, e-learning modules, videos, and workshop materials
  • Support the Training and Development Manager in building and updating hard-skill and soft-skill curriculum, from leasing and compliance to communication and leadership
  • Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to build or deliver training
  • Partner with Marketing to keep training materials on-brand
Tracking and improvement
  • Track training completion, certifications, and attendance across the portfolio, and follow up to close gaps
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to property teams and corporate partners
  • Gather participant feedback and identify training needs and opportunities to improve
All training documentation and processes follow Fair Housing laws and employment regulations.

What you bring
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in property management
  • Strong organization, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Comfort with learning management systems and e-learning tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, including building presentations and tracking data in spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A detail-oriented self-starter who follows through
  • Comfort presenting to groups, or a strong willingness to grow into it
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to properties for training events
  • The ability to stand for extended periods while facilitating workshops
A leg up if you have
  • Experience in training coordination, learning and development, or HR
  • Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, or similar e-learning authoring tools
  • Multifamily or property management experience
  • A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay and benefits
  • $49,920 - $64,480 annually , based on experience, skills, and qualifications
  • Medical (including a zero-cost employee plan), dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays
  • Paid maternity and parental leave
  • Employee housing discount
  • Company-paid life insurance, plus short- and long-term disability options
