The Technical Writer will prepare edit and manage program documentation with an emphasis on clarity professionalism and compliance with standards. They will author standardize and maintain key deliverables including status reports project plans user guides FAQs training materials and online help systems ensuring consistency across all documentation. Responsibilities include developing templates style guides and a comprehensive documentation library as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy. They will gather user feedback to improve documentation quality support training programs with tailored materials and implement a consistent style to enhance usability. Additionally they will maintain a documentation plan with regular updates track best practices in technical writing and ensure materials are accessible and relevant to diverse user groups and skill levels.

• Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Senior: 8 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Good communication skills self-starter mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
